Shipping information
Niven Morgan customers may choose from three shipping methods for all shipping in the United States. There is an additional shipping surcharge for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories. Some heavy items may not qualify for UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight.

UPS Ground

UPS 2nd Day (orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon CST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday)

UPS Overnight (orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon CST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday)

UPS deliveries occur only on weekdays.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us in writing, by email at info@nivenmorgan.com or by phone 888.996.4836 within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please indicate your name, order number and phone number. Returned merchandise should include all packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. All fragrance products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a refund to be issued. Orders over 15 days cannot be returned. Shipping cost to and from you will be your sole responsibility. You will not be refunded shipping unless you return an item that has been damaged. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. A photo of the damaged item may be required. If you will be making a return, please address the package to:

Sales tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your nivenmorgan.com order for all orders with a Texas shipping address.
