Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your order! However if you are unsatisfied please email us at info@nivenmorgan.com or call 1.888.996.4836 within 15 days of receipt of your order.  Returns will only be accepted for unused products and should include all of the original packaging as when it was delivered. Used merchandise may not be returned unless defective. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective, in which case we will replace with the identical product. A photo of the damaged item may be required. If you will be making a return, please address the package to:

Refund

If your returned package is accepted in original condition we will issue a refund for the price of the product but the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If eligible the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order within 1-3 business days. Your credit card provider may require an additional time to process this transaction. If a defective item is eligible for a replacement we will send out a new identical product with no additional shipping charges within 1-3 business days.
