Returns

We want you to love your Niven Morgan products. In the event you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order by contacting our team. Items that appear used or opened upon inspection are not eligible for refunds. Sale items and purchases made with a promotional discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged on arrival.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us at 214-515-9090 or info@nivenmorgan.com. Photos and a brief description of the issue may be required. Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional charge within 1–3 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

(Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account)

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions. If a return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you, at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
