HEAT ADVISORY

As a Texas-based company, it gets hot in the summer! During heat advisories, orders containing candles placed Thursday – Sunday will ship the following Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday) to ensure product quality.

PROCESSING TIMELINE

All orders will be processed within 12 - 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday, or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Processing time does not include time in transit.

PO BOX

- 2-Day: 2 business days.

- Overnight: 1 business day (Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST, Monday–Thursday).
