SHIPPING
I placed my order with the wrong address or need to make a change.

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, which means changes aren’t always possible once an order is placed. If you need to make an update, call 214.515.9090 during business hours or email customerservice@nivenmorgan.com immediately with your order number and request. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

How can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?

If your order has already shipped, rerouting is handled by the carrier and is not guaranteed. Contact us right away at 214.515.9090 for assistance, and also reach out directly to the carrier using your tracking number.

My package hasn’t been delivered.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  • Wait a short period, as carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered before it actually arrives.
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office/UPS facility.
  • If you still cannot locate it, contact us as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item or my item arrived damaged?

We take time to ensure accuracy and quality, but mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us at 214.515.9090 or customerservice@nivenmorgan.com. We’ll make it right.

QUALITY PROMISE & PRODUCT CARE
How are our products made?

All of our products are created and poured in Texas — sulfate-free, dye-free, and never tested on animals. We produce in small batches, inspecting each item in-house. Our candles are made with a clean soy blend wax and hand-poured with lead-free, zinc-free, bleach-free braided cotton wicks for a safe, clean burn.

How do I care for my candle?
  • Burn until the top layer of wax melts evenly to the edges.
  • Let the wax fully harden before relighting.
  • Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn for the best performance.
When should I retire my candle?

When about ⅕ inch of wax remains or the metal wick holder is visible, it’s time to stop burning. Continuing to burn at this point can be a safety hazard.
